Cancellation Policy

At Mercury Book Seller, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling orders placed on our website.

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Returns Policy.

Please provide the following information when requesting a cancellation:

 

Your order number
The date the order was placed
Your full name
The reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for us)

 

3. Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is received, we will review it and notify you of the status of your cancellation as soon as possible. We will send a cancellation confirmation email to the email address associated with your order if the cancellation is successful.

4. Cancellation Not Possible After Shipment

If your order has already been processed and shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow the procedures outlined in our Returns Policy once you receive the order.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and your order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 4 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Partial Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you wish to cancel only a part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of the individual items in your order. If some items have already been processed for shipping, we may only be able to cancel the remaining items

7. Our Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Stock unavailability: If the book(s) you ordered are no longer in stock.
Pricing errors: If there was an incorrect price displayed on the Website.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity: If we suspect your order is fraudulent.
Inability to process payment: If your payment method is declined or invalid.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
